Ruter wanted their customers and commuters to interact more with each other, making for a more pleasant journey together. During our research we discovered that for a lot of people the hardest thing about conversing with people you don't know is the first sentence. So we made an app that takes care of that. The Ruter Icebreaker app gives it's user a random Icebreaker question so you have a starting point for a conversation. We supplemented the app with posters and video ads for social media where we told people about the app.
